It collects calls from several asterisk servers and has all the modules required to charge a call, re-rate the call detail record and supports on-demand billing. Extensive reporting functionality, call detail look up facility, Interfaces with applications such as active directory and customer relationship applications. The tool serves 19 different office locations and has more than a 40 concurrent users.
