Delivery Model

Our delivery model is inspired by the approach followed in large open source projects like W3C, OASIS and Linux. The biggest challenge in a remote delivery model is to maintain the quality and productivity of every participant in a project despite the physical and cultural differences. We use asynchronous formats like mailing lists to enable us to tighten our communication. A clear definition of the roles and ownership during the engagement brings in added clarity.

Interberry uses good tool sets to capture requirements and shows progress on a frequent basis, which provides the project owner a chance to modify, adjust or tweak requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project, until delivery. Our approach helps our team to remain flexible and avoid tight compartmentalization of development and change management process.
